A primary reason for personal and organizational change failure is that change efforts, programs and initiatives are one dimensional. But life, including business, isn’t. And as the world becomes increasingly conceptual and connected, lasting change requires learning and embodying a broader range of abilities and competencies and a deeper self-awareness. Success and results can no longer be limited to “whats in it for me” without concern for negative impacts. Multi-dimensional change is an integral method in which shifted belief, thought and action are concerned with what’s good for all.
