Alignment Pricing
In order to simplify the ordering process I publish my fees which are "suggested". But its my belief that when clients are involved in setting the program fee, our relationship is strengthened, not diminished. I call this alignment pricing and think its more efficient and productive than the typical proposal process which usually wastes time and energy and erodes trust. So if you're interested in a program but are concerned about the suggested fee, please contact me because there may be an opportunity for alignment.

Where | How
I work solo and have collaborative partners for large or special projects. Most client conversation and collaboration is done by telephone and online, wiki-based systems and messaging. Projects and workshops needing face-to-face meetings can be held at my main office in Belmont MA where I have conference room facilities. I conduct client on-site projects and 1/2 day and full-day group sessions in the New England territory and periodically at my satellite locations.
