My main location is Belmont MA where I have conference room facility for small groups and workshops. I conduct client on-site projects and 1/2 day and full-day group sessions in the New England territory. Additional travel day(s) are required beyond that.

My main office is located in Belmont MA where I have conference room facilities. This location allows me to conduct client on-site projects and 1/2 day and full-day group sessions in the New England territory, usually without addition travel days. I have satellite locations/co-working space in Providence RI and Great Neck NY.

Online Project Systems

Most RedShift consulting and creative project conversations, messaging, file-sharing and collaboration is done by telephone and online, wiki-based systems: PBWiki for individuals and small business clients and SharePoint for larger clients using Microsoft SharePoint. Both systems are options for coaching clients. These flexible, simple, user-friendly systems support RedShift projects, individuals and teams anywhere in the world. If you, or you team, has never used a wiki, that should not concern you. There’s a very small learning curve and I can provide support.

Telephone

Phone work with both individuals and groups is based on a facilitative approach which results in maximizing and optimizing the time. Transcripts and additional resources are provided for all clients using the wiki-based online systems. A land line telephone connection is preferred for communication and collaboration. Its efficient and cost-effective for coaching sessions and facilitated teleconference. Generally, I limit calls to 1 hour, and a maximum 6 participants. My availability is limited only by the EST time zone, and I have flexibility to work with clients in other zones.
