RedShift: Professional Services at the Intersection of Communication, Awareness and Direction
I founded RedShift in 1999 because I saw a gap at the convergence of the management consulting and the training/coaching industries. I determined that space could be best filled by an entrepreneurial, creative generalist, focused on the intersection of communication, awareness and direction.
So I designed and developed a series of practical programs to fill that gap and to help people change, grow and increase their influence in an increasingly conceptual and connected world.
In times of change, learners inherit the Earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.

My business model translates to “more bang for the buck” for you because I maximize the “WOW” work and minimize, or help clear up, what’s not. What supports this model is my unique combination of skills, experience and simple, efficient project and collaboration systems.
Coaching and facilitation skills identify and resolve what’s blocking progress, keeping everyone on the same page and moving forward together.
Broad and deep business skills and experience support a quick grasp and understanding of the most important issues, objectives and desired results.
Creative and marketing skills support an integral approach to the brand, the content development, and the social media and social business building. The result is a clear, unified voice and message that naturally influences relationships, desire to participate, market and awareness of and responsiveness to the your ideas, content and solutions.
These are programs for bold clients who are interested in learning and changing while doing. Is that you?
In the conceptual and connected world, self-awareness, creativity, right-brain thinking and exceptional people skills are as valued and critical to success as are traditional functional, analytical, managerial and technical skills and abilities. The increasingly rapid pace of outsourcing, automation and networks that shorten the paths of social and business communication are both cause and effect of these global economic and communication shifts.
Individuals and professionals at all levels are continually reminded of the downside, the negative and the fear. Through my programs, I inspire people about the upside. I help them prepare for the mostly "yet to be defined" opportunities. I help them re-direct their beliefs about and responses to the huge changes they’re witnessing and experiencing. I believe that people resist change when they feel excluded. My purpose is to help as many individuals, small businesses and executives as I can, participate in and benefit from this new world.
RedShift programs are more than theory. They’re applicable to problems and decisions that need to be made now. They also incorporate the skills and competencies learning and practice that results in an influential, purposeful and rewarding life and business direction and experience.
