About
RedShift: Professional Services for the Conceptual and Connected World
I founded RedShift in 1999 because I saw a gap at the convergence of the management consulting and the training/coaching industries. I determined that space could be best filled by an entrepreneurial, creative generalist, focused on the intersection of business, self-awareness and life direction.
So I designed and developed a series of practical programs to fill that gap and to help people change, grow and increase their influence in an increasingly conceptual and connected world.
In times of change, learners inherit the Earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.
- Eric Hoffer
In the conceptual and connected world, self-awareness, creativity, right-brain thinking and exceptional people skills are as valued and critical to success as are traditional functional, analytical, managerial and technical skills and abilities. The increasingly rapid pace of outsourcing, automation and networks that shorten the paths of social and business communication are both cause and effect of these global economic and communication shifts.
Individuals and professionals at all levels are continually reminded of the downside, the negative and the fear. Through my programs, I inspire people about the upside. I help them prepare for the mostly "yet to be defined" opportunities. I help them re-direct their beliefs about and responses to the huge changes they’re witnessing and experiencing. I believe that people resist change when they feel excluded. My purpose is to help as many individuals, small businesses and executives as I can, participate in and benefit from this new world.
RedShift programs are more than theory. They’re applicable to problems and decisions that need to be made now. They also incorporate the skills and competencies learning and practice that results in an influential, purposeful and rewarding life direction and experience.
